Médie
"Médie" is the French name for Media, an ancient region of modern-day Iran conquered by Alexander The Great. An unexpected fruit of conquest: the citron, named "the apple of Media" by Alexander's botanists (who had much more experience with apples than citruses.) Appropriately, Médie is a thrillingly zingy citrus fragrance that lingers in its sparkling top notes for hours longer than most citrus scents.
