SHIPPING
Please expect up to 4-6 business days for order processing, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Canadian orders have a 7-21 business day delivery timeframe. Thank you so much for your patience. We apologize in advance for any delays and will keep you updated every step of the way.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to us because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. If you would like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at info@arielleshoshana.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If we receive your request after your order has already shipped, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.
Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseeable events such as weather delays. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or may need additional information from you to complete the delivery. For issues related to tracking information or order delivery, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company.
After an order has been confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Since we cannot provide a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages, please choose a secure delivery address. We are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for products damaged after delivery. Returns must be shipped to Arielle Shoshana within the 30 day return window. If a return has not been shipped within 30 days of purchase, the return shipping label will be voided, and the product(s) will no longer be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
