Arielle Shoshana happily accepts returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for orders placed within the United States. We apologize, but we are not currently able to provide returns for Canadian orders. All Canadian sales are currently final sale.
We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of opened products in order to guarantee product authenticity. We are happy to provide samples of all purchases so you can make sure you love your new fragrance before opening the box.
Please expect up to 4-6 business days for order processing, and an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. Thank you so much for your patience. We apologize in advance for any such delays and will keep you updated every step of the way. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to us because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
After an order has been confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Since we cannot provide a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages, please choose a secure delivery address. We are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for products damaged after delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
For returns or exchanges of online orders, please email us at info@arielleshoshana.com to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. We will respond to your email with a return label. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund. We will issue a refund for undamaged, unopened products within 1 business day of receiving your return. Processing times for your refund may vary depending on your bank or Paypal.
Please note that we cannot process your refund until we have received your return package. If your return package has been lost or misdelivered by the shipping carrier, the package will need to be located before we can process your refund. We are happy to offer 3 complimentary samples in-store and with online orders. If there is a specific sample you'd like with your order, please list it in the "order notes" box after adding a product to your cart, or email us at info@arielleshoshana.com.

We are only able to ship to the U.S. and Canada at this time. We're so sorry, but we currently cannot ship to any international destinations other than Canada.
All of our fragrances are 100% unisex(y), and can be enjoyed by any gender!
The majority of our fragrances contain both natural and synthetic ingredients. The synthetic ingredients used in perfumery undergo extensive testing for safety and allergenic potential by IFRA (the International Fragrance Association). However, we do carry several all-natural fragrances from brands including Ormaie and Lake & Skye.
We currently carry multiple vegan brands, including Veronique Gabai, Lake & Skye, Kai, Ellis Brooklyn, D.S. & Durga, Liis, Imaginary Authors, Gallivant, Experimental Perfume Club, and Nomad Noé!
Layering your fragrance with a matching or unscented body product is a great way to increase its lasting power. We have fantastic body washes, hair mists, and lotions you can pair with your perfumes.
Perfume can last longer on clothing than on skin, so we recommend spraying your clothing as well.
We also endorse Fragrance Lock, an excellent product that works as a fixative for your fragrance, available at many drugstores.
"Eau de..." refers to the concentration of fragrance oil in a perfume. The traditional definitions:
Eau de Toilette: 4-10% concentration of fragrance oil
Eau de Parfum: 8-15% concentration of fragrance oil
Parfum/Extrait: 15-25% concentration of fragrance oil
Eau de Toilette is the lightest version of a fragrance, Eau de Parfum is the standard fragrance concentration, and Parfum/Extrait is the strongest and most long-lasting concentration.
If protected from heat, humidity, or direct sunlight, perfume can last decades. To maximize the life of your fragrances, we recommend that you do not store them near a window or in the bathroom (showers/baths cause the temperature of the room to fluctuate).
We do not - our specialty is curating the best niche perfumes.
Repeated exposure to the same fragrance can result in a decreased ability to perceive the fragrance, called "nose blindness". The best way to avoid this is by rotating your perfumes, or taking a quick break from your favorite fragrance.
