We happily accept returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of opened products in order to guarantee product authenticity. We cannot issue a return, refund, or exchange for any opened product. Please try your sample of the product included with your purchase before opening your product so that you can make sure you love your new fragrance before opening the box.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to us because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been confirmed to have been delivered to the correct shipping address by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Orders shipping directly from our Virginia storefront will go out within one business day. Some products may ship directly to you from our brands. Please expect up to 3 business days for processing, and 3 business days for delivery. (Due to the current coronavirus crisis, some delays may occur; we apologize in advance for any such delays and will keep you updated every step of the way.) When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
For returns of online orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
