Dear Polly is Vilhelm founder Jan Alhgren's excruciatingly romantic tribute to his wife's morning ritual: brewing a pot of black tea. We may not get to share in the "waking up next to a Swedish supermodel" part of Polly's mornings, but at least we can enjoy Dear Polly's vibrant, mouthwatering Ceylon tea accord.
