Sakura Snow

Sakura, or cherry blossom, is the national flower of Japan. Lovingly cultivated over centuries, the blossoming of Sakura trees begins in January in the prefecture of Okinawa, reaching Tokyo and Kyoto in early April. For those in America, cherry blossom trees are more associated with spring - but here, in Sakura Snow, the cherry blossom is cocooned in a wrap of snow and white musk, supported by hints of spring through the muguet (lily of the valley) and bursting juniper berries.
