Return and shipping policies
Arielle Shoshana happily accepts returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of opened products in order to guarantee product authenticity. We are happy to provide samples of all purchases so you can make sure you love your new fragrance before opening the box.
Due to delays caused by COVID-19, please expect up to 4-6 business days for order processing, and an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. Thank you so much for your patience. We apologize in advance for any such delays and will keep you updated every step of the way. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to us because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
After an order has been confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Since we cannot provide a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages, please choose a secure delivery address. Thank you for your understanding.
For returns of online orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to make a return, then mail your (carefully packaged!) product(s) to: Arielle Shoshana 2920 District Avenue Suite 145 Fairfax, VA 22031. We will issue a refund for undamaged, unopened products within 1 business day of receiving your return. Processing times for your refund may vary depending on your bank or Paypal.
