Sebastian

Strength and sensuality. The duality of black and red. The fragrance evokes passion, energy, ardor and the languid spirit of dance. It is constructed around the immortelle (with the evocative Latin name of “golden sun”) and opens with the strong, energetic scent of immortelle and Indian tuberose absolutes. These are lightened by an aqua flora captive merged with the soft notes of sandalwood. At its base a magnificent, creamy, natural vanilla seals the romance. A fragrance of unwavering sensuality. The sensuality of the petals of hawthorn flowers, the very generous tuberose absolute and ylang ylang are illuminated by pepper. The powerful presence of sandalwood, benzoin, opoponax, and Venezuelan tonka bean root the ethereal petals in the earth.

"It's the idea of the dance, the tango which is dear to Carine and the passion of the lover. This contrast between life and death and love and hate. The red of your lipstick, and the black. It's the tango. So it's really about the rigor of the dance and how disciplined you need to be, but at the same time you're a little bit crazy about it."
